The Kosovich family has been making wines in the Swan Valley for almost a century. Their winemakers have put together an incredible wine flight featuring a variety of their finest, paired with morsels of food to tempt your tastebuds.
Showcasing some of the finest offerings from the cellar, the flight includes current and pre-release wines, barrel samples and a fortified to finish.

John Kosovich Wines has been making wine for 99 years.

Third generation family winemakers will share with you a range of wines, explaining each wine from planting of the vines, to the season that year, through to processing and bottling.

They have chosen, amongst others, a white wine which will not be released at the cellar door until their centenary next year, a barrel sample of a red wine which will be bottled later in the year and an aged wine being carefully cellared and waiting for its time to shine.

Each wine will be matched to a carefully thought out morsel of food to show how food and wine can work together.

The tasting is limited to only 12 people and will be held in Kosovich’s hand dug 1927 below ground cellar.
