Enjoy the relaxed pace of our equestrian farm stay, for the most part you will have the home to yourselves as we are out and about or in our private upstairs area.

The house and grounds are secluded, enjoy the rural views over the neighbouring vineyards and the Swan River to the hills.


As a working equestrian property your can interact with the horses (pat, groom and feed - supervised only) and we also have a peacock, 2 turkeys, chickens, 2 sheep and a couple of dogs who love to play (primarily the dogs will stay outside but feel free to let them in or not.)

If you are lucky you will get to see some native wildlife living around the property. If you want a close up experience with Kangaroos, Koalas, Wombat, Snakes, Native Birds and many other iconic Australian animals and farm animals we recommend you plan to visit Whiteman Park (5 minutes drive from the property.)

After seeing the sights, guests can play a game of tennis (rackets and balls supplied) or pool or just sit back and relax for the evening.

The generous sized kitchen is shared with us, we'll give you preferential use and prepare our meals before or after you.

There is parking for up to 10 cars and room for a small bus to park and turn around.

Behind the home we ask you not to enter the work sheds as this area is private. Feel free to walk around the rest of the property, however do not enter paddocks or stables unless supervised.

There is a security gate which requires a code to access the property.

While it is generally quiet you will hear the neighbours from time to time when they are working on their vines and also the planes flying overhead at various times of the day.

Guest have access to the entire house excluding the 1st floor.

Nil refund less that 2 days notice - excludes cleaning fee which is refunded in full
