Aintree is only minutes from Oakover Winery, Chapel Farm, Sandalford Winery, Red Hill Auditorium and Belvoir Amphitheatre.

This newly renovated cottage is perfect for families, small groups, couples and wedding parties sleeping 9 guests comfortably in 4 large rooms.

Aintree offers a quiet and homely stay with all the modern conveniences and touches from the past.

Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, lawned areas, BBQ area and kids play area.

The dormitory accommodation is exclusively for guests who have booked Aintree Cottage to cater for larger groups. These are to be booked directly through Aintree. The dormitory building contains 4 separate rooms. 2 x bunk beds: sleeps 4 hanging space clothes drawer wall fan Mattress protector/fitted sheet 2x Unisex Bathroom/Shower facilities with shower/hand soap provided All purpose room with lounge/dining/kitchen Laundry facilities Use of all other areas at Aintree Cottage Other Things To Note: *Guests to bring own: pillow, towel and sleeping bag/blankets. *Dormitory accommodation is to be booked per room not per person. *Strictly 4 guests per room

From Midland: Access Great Northern Hwy from Midland. Head approx. 5km north to Oakover Road, turning right. Head approx. 2km East to Lefroy Ave, turning left. Aintree Cottage is 200m on the right.

From Guildford: Head north along West Swan Rd from Guildford. At the Reid Hwy intersection, turn right at the lights. Travel east to intersection of Great Northern Hwy, turning left at the lights. Proceed approx. 3km to Oakover Road, turning right. Head approx. 2km to Lefroy Ave, turning left. Aintree Cottage is 200m on the right.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund if notified with more than 60 days notice. No refund if less than 60 days notification.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of overbooking or for any reason beyond our control. Please view the operator's cancellation and Indemnity Policy before paying for your booking.
