Swan Valley Heights sits up on the Scarp with unlimited views over the entire city of Perth. There are plenty of kangaroos to watch all day long as well as sheep grazing the property. Watch magnificent sunsets or observe storms as they slowly make their way across the beautiful city of Perth or just sit on the front verandah and watch the planes as they come and go in the distance. We are situated on ten peaceful acres with a winter creek running through the block, walkways run from here up through the bush land with wildflowers abundant in season. The owner, under the direction of George Lulfitz, West Australian Guru of native plants, is developing the extensive garden surrounding the accommodation making use of our beautiful West Australian native plants. The home is furnished with pictures and other items that clearly reflect the owners New Zealand and Australian heritage and his love of this great country especially all things of nature and the outback.


Swan Valley Heights is privately owned with the owner living separately on the site. The accommodation consists of three large bedrooms and a magnificent large well set up kitchen, dining lounge area plus a huge covered verandah extending the full length of the house. This verandah overlooks a twelve meter swimming pool with the city of Perth in the background. A small gym is available for guests use with a treadmill and a weights machine. Ample parking is available with two fully enclosed parking bays in the garage. High speed wifi is freely available to guests. Many fine restaurants are close by including three establishments on our street. Feral Brewery is just down the road. Bells rapids and the State Equestrian Centre are a five minute drive away. No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival will receive no refund.
Cancellations made between 2 and 13 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No fees will be charged for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival.
